WHAT ARE PHYTOCHEMICALS? "When the sun is burning down, insects are biting, or the temperature drops, plants can't run inside where it is safe and warm. Instead they produce chemicals that help them survive these stressful conditions. It appears that these very same chemicals help humans deal with stress as well." adapted from Tom Malterre, Certified Nutritionist in Bellingham
